Everything a Pakistani candidate needs to know about EPS-TOPIK 2026: OEC pre-registration, lucky draw, test fee, CBT format, pass score and what happens after you pass.

EPS-TOPIK is the Korean language test run by HRD Korea for workers applying under the Employment Permit System (E-9 visa). In Pakistan it is administered through the Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC). Passing it is the first compulsory step to a Korea job.

The 2026 global E-9 quota is 80,000 workers across 17 sending countries, down from 130,000 in 2025, so scores matter more than ever. Pakistan's own allocation was raised from 2,400 in 2024 to 5,400 in 2025.

Process: (1) OEC announces a registration window on oec.gov.pk, usually with 1–3 weeks' notice. (2) You pay the pre-registration challan (about Rs 1,000) and submit online. (3) OEC runs a lucky draw. (4) Selected candidates pay the EPS-TOPIK fee (about USD 24) and sit the computer-based test. (5) Passers enter the HRD Korea roster for up to two years.

Test format: 20 reading and 20 listening questions, 50 minutes, 200 marks. Vocabulary is drawn from the official EPS-TOPIK textbook and workplace safety, manufacturing and agriculture topics.

Our EPS-TOPIK course covers the full textbook, 20 timed CBT mocks and OEC paperwork. Join the free demo class to see the CBT lab.
